Real estate investment has given me financial freedom, allowing me to focus on giving back to my community, and helping you level up your real estate investing skills to do the same.

Hey! I’m Hani Hadidi.

By day I’m an Electrical and Computer Engineer focused on utilizing business processes and data analysis to optimize operations and project management. After work I spend my time training and teaching Jiu Jitsu.

And whenever I’m not working, studying, or training, I’m applying my values of discipline, intention, dedication, and attitude to work on growing my business.

I’ve spent the past few years leveraging skills learned from each of these roles to build an impressive real estate investment portfolio.

Through hard work, dedication, and passion I’ve earned the financial freedom to invest more time in the things and people I love, and now I want to help you do the same.

My passion for real estate started right here in Toronto.

A few years ago I began investing in the local condo pre-construction market. I fell in love with real estate, but quickly realized the limitations of my own capital, mortgage qualification, and the potential drawbacks of single-tenant properties.

So, in 2019, I pivoted to a BRRRR cash-flow focused strategy.

The BRRR method is best and I have the results to prove it.

This strategy allows investors to scale their real estate portfolio, leveraging the capital of each property to buy the next without depending on market speculation.

Implementing this strategy has allowed me to do exactly that, tripling the size of my portfolio in just a couple of years.

Strategy is important, but so is attitude.

And that’s where my background practicing Jiu Jitsu comes in.

Jiu Jitsu is a vehicle of human potential, and years of practice and training have taught me the power of stepping out of my comfort zone.

Through dedication, discipline, and intention, discomfort can lead to victory and uncertainty can be reframed as opportunity.

The more quickly you can learn to get comfortable in uncomfortable situations, the more easily you’ll be able to work things out.
